It's a (dried) fruit bomb with less smoke … WebVery smooth. The Highland Park 12 is a very smooth scotch. The nose is really pleasant. You get the dried fruit, citrus, honey, and light smoke predominately. The palette offers more of the same but is so smooth that one could say it’s too smooth. The finish is medium and does deliver the smoke, but it’s subtle.
